Flexible loyalty mechanics for every business model.

Open Loyalty was designed for teams that outgrow simple points-and-rewards programmes. It exposes every loyalty mechanic as a composable API that plugs into any commerce stack — with no per-member fees and no artificial ceilings on programme complexity.

Divante implements Open Loyalty for clients ranging from grocery retailers running multi-million-member schemes to B2B distributors that need loyalty tied to procurement workflows. We handle discovery, implementation, integrations, data migration and long-term platform ownership.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before we talk.

How does Open Loyalty compare to a SaaS loyalty platform?
SaaS platforms charge per-member fees and cap programme complexity. Open Loyalty is self-hosted, with a one-time implementation cost and no per-member fees. You own the data and can build any mechanic the API supports.
What eCommerce platforms does Open Loyalty integrate with?
We have built production integrations with Shopify Plus, commercetools, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, BigCommerce and VTEX. The REST API makes any integration achievable in 4–8 weeks.
Can we migrate data from our existing loyalty programme?
Yes — data migration is a standard part of our implementation scope. We handle member profiles, point balances, tier histories and transaction records, with a reconciliation audit before go-live.
What does a typical Open Loyalty implementation take?
A standard B2C programme with three tiers, a rewards catalogue and one eCommerce integration typically takes 10–16 weeks. B2B or multi-country programmes take 20–28 weeks.
Do you offer hosting and managed operations?
Yes — fully managed cloud hosting on AWS/GCP/Azure with 99.9% SLA, automated backups, security patching and 24/7 on-call support.
