Your commerce stack is only as strong as its weakest integration.

A modern commerce platform touches 15-25 external systems: ERP, PIM, OMS, WMS, CRM, search, payments, tax, loyalty, email, reviews. Each integration is a potential point of failure. Divante builds integrations that are typed, documented, monitored and designed to degrade gracefully - not fail catastrophically.

We use an event-driven middleware approach with circuit breakers, retry queues and dead-letter handling so a downstream outage never takes down your storefront.

Capabilities

Integration capabilities

ERP integration

SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision - bidirectional order, stock and pricing sync.

PIM integration

Akeneo, Contentful, Storyblok - product data syndication with change-event publishing.

Payment integration

Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Mollie - PCI-compliant implementations with 3DS2 and local payment methods.

Search integration

Algolia, Constructor, Elasticsearch - catalogue indexing, faceting and merchandising rules.

CRM & marketing

Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze - customer event streams and audience sync.

Custom middleware

Event-driven integration layer with circuit breakers, retries and dead-letter queues for any proprietary system.

Our process.

01

Integration mapping

Catalogue every system, API contract, data ownership and event flow. Identify synchronous vs asynchronous integration patterns.

02

Middleware design

Design the integration layer with circuit breakers, retry queues, idempotency and dead-letter handling built in from the start.

03

Build & test

Implement integrations with 100% contract test coverage. Run chaos engineering scenarios against each integration.

04

Monitor & SLA

Deploy with real-time dashboards, automated alerting and a defined SLA for each integration endpoint.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before we talk.

How do you handle integration failures?
Every integration we build includes circuit breakers that stop cascading failures, retry queues with exponential backoff for transient errors, and dead-letter queues for events that fail after maximum retries. Failed events are never silently dropped - they are always visible and actionable.
What systems do you integrate with most often?
Our most common integrations are: SAP S/4HANA and ECC (ERP), Akeneo (PIM), Algolia and Constructor (search), Stripe and Adyen (payments), Salesforce and HubSpot (CRM), Klaviyo (email), and custom WMS systems. We have reusable connector templates for all of these.
Do you build real-time or batch integrations?
Both. Real-time event-driven integrations for stock, pricing and order status. Batch ETL for large catalogue updates, customer exports and reporting data. The choice depends on business requirements and the capabilities of the downstream system.
How do you handle versioning and contract changes?
We publish integration contracts as OpenAPI or AsyncAPI specs and test against them in CI. When an upstream system changes its API, our contract tests catch the breaking change before it reaches production.
What SLA do you target for integrations?
We target 99.9% uptime for synchronous integrations and 99.5% for asynchronous batch jobs. We define SLAs per endpoint and monitor them with automated alerting.
