Know exactly what to fix, and in what order.

Most eCommerce teams know something is wrong - conversion is lower than benchmarks, performance is degrading, technical debt is accumulating. What they lack is a clear, prioritised list of what to fix first, with a business case attached to each item.

Divante's audit methodology covers three lenses: technical (architecture, code quality, security), performance (Core Web Vitals, server response, asset delivery) and commercial (checkout funnel, UX friction, conversion drivers). Every finding has a priority rating, effort estimate and revenue impact estimate.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before we talk.

What does an audit cost?
A focused technical or performance audit starts at €8,000 and delivers in two weeks. A full-scope audit covering architecture, performance, conversion and security is typically €15,000-20,000 and delivers in four weeks.
Do we need to give you access to our codebase?
Yes - a code review is part of every technical audit. We sign an NDA and only request read access to the specific repositories in scope. We do not require production database access.
What format does the report take?
A written report with every finding described, rated (impact × effort), with a business case and remediation guidance. We also present findings live in a 90-minute readout with your team.
Can you help us execute the recommendations?
Yes - many clients follow an audit with a delivery engagement. We scope the implementation work directly from the audit findings, which means the estimate is based on deep knowledge of your specific system rather than general assumptions.
How quickly can you start?
We typically start within two weeks of contract signature. Urgent audits can start within one week with a scheduling fee.
