VTEX: commerce, marketplace and fulfilment on one platform.

VTEX is the strongest unified commerce platform for brands that need B2C, B2B, marketplace and fulfilment logic on a single platform without integration complexity. Divante has delivered VTEX implementations in Western Europe and Latin America, covering FastStore headless storefronts, marketplace seller onboarding and native B2B configurations.

We are a VTEX Partner with FastStore-certified engineers and hands-on experience with VTEX IO app development and the VTEX OMS for complex order routing and fulfilment scenarios.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before we talk.

What is VTEX best suited for?
VTEX is strongest when you need unified commerce — B2C, B2B, marketplace and OMS — on one platform. It is particularly strong in Latin American markets and is growing rapidly in Europe. If you need maximum headless frontend flexibility or are purely B2C on a standard stack, other platforms may be more cost-effective.
What is FastStore and should we use it?
FastStore is VTEX's headless storefront framework built on Next.js. It is the recommended approach for new VTEX storefronts as it delivers significantly better Core Web Vitals than the legacy CMS store. We recommend FastStore for all new VTEX implementations.
Can VTEX handle marketplace functionality?
Yes — VTEX has one of the strongest native marketplace capabilities of any commerce platform: seller onboarding, commission management, SLA policies, catalogue syndication and order routing. No third-party marketplace middleware is needed.
How does VTEX pricing work?
VTEX charges a percentage of GMV (typically 0.5–1.5% depending on tier) plus a platform fee. For marketplaces, additional fees apply per seller. We can model your expected cost based on your revenue profile.
Do you support VTEX implementations in Europe?
Yes — Divante has delivered VTEX projects in Germany, Austria and other Central European markets. We handle GDPR compliance, local payment methods and EU VAT configuration as standard.
