Chances are, your sales team has been struggling this year with not being able to meet clients face-to-face and being stuck on endless calls trying to show the product catalog in a PDF and typing orders on a second screen. It’s hard to stay focused on the client when you are juggling three or four pieces of technology.

Gain technical advantage right now

Here’s the good news. Your competitors are struggling the same as you. That means one of two things: either they are looking for a technical solution to help them make more of online meetings (in which case you will soon be at a disadvantage), or they are struggling along without looking for something to reenergize sales (in which case you have an opportunity to innovate and take advantage of the fact that they are sleeping on the job).

Meetsales is going live and we still have places for up to three companies to be beta testers. It is the ultimate chance to kick off digital transformation in your business by giving your sales team a conversational commerce tool that will drive sales. Meetsales lets you meet clients online, show them products, discuss prices, and complete orders. It shortens the online sales process to a minimum within one tool

The benefits of joining the Meetsales beta program

We’re not asking you to test a half-made solution. Meetsales is sales-call-ready and has been built by teams that have created other world-leading technologies. The main benefit is that competitive advantage you gain over competitors. Here are just some of the features of the fully-fledged beta version.

  • Easy integration with your PIM puts a dynamic catalog directly into a video call
  • Use Amazon Chime for great video calls
  • Import data from your CRM
  • Exporting orders to ERP
  • Download the NPM and install the widget without altering a single line of your code

All of this is available, at a preferential price, until the end of 2020, as part of the Meetsales beta program. And if you continue with Meetsales after being a beta tester, you’ll get a special deal and be able to use all the future functionalities for less.

What do we ask in return?

We want you to really test Meetsales out. Tell us what works and what doesn’t. Tell us what you really love but also let us know if you hit pain points in your sales process.

If at any point you think “It would be cool if…”, then we need to know how that sentence ends!

We will be speaking to Meetsales beta program members about once a week for a quick catch up and will also send occasional questionnaires. We may ask to observe how the solution works once or twice but we won’t be disturbing your business.

What’s the risk to business for Meetsales beta program testers?

Literally, zero. Absolutely none. Meetsales is a SaaS solution that does not require you to make any changes to your code or interfere with any of your systems or processes.

We want you as a beta tester and we want to improve the solution together. But if you feel like pulling the plug on Meetsales at any moment, it’s as simple as uninstalling at no cost.

We’re developing the application in lean methodology, which means that user feedback drives our sprints. So, far from being a risk to your business, it is actually a low-cost entry point for software that is somehow customized to your needs. It’s almost like bespoke development at zero cost to business.

How do I sign up?

If you want to get on board, we’d love to hear from you. If you have a sales team that is working remotely and has anything from 20 to 200 people, get in touch and let’s start selling together.

Contact the Meetsales team to sign up to the beta program.
