Divante, part of the OEX group, acquired 70 percent of shares of Brand Active on February 4, 2021. Brand Active is a Shopify Plus agency from Rzeszów that creates e-stores on Shopify, one of the most dynamically developing sales platforms in the world.
Thanks to the acquisition, Divante expands its offer with the technology offered by Shopify, and Brand Active gains access to Polish and international Divante customers. Shopify complements the technologies already offered by Divante, such as Adobe Magento, commercetools, SAP, Shopware, Vue Storefront and Mirakl. Over the past year, Divante and Brand Active have successfully cooperated and shared the same strategy, which only strengthens their joint offer.

Brand Active was established in 2016 and is one of the few agencies in Poland to implement online stores based on the Shopify ecosystem.
