Over 1,500 industry experts gathered at the second edition of the Asia eTailing Summit to discuss trends and opportunities in online retail. The event opened with the plenary session during which Yew Hong Koh (Managing Director and Retail Lead of Greater China at Accenture), Clay Liao (Mobile Technical Solutions Consultant at Google) Jenny Cheung (Head of Corporate Marketing at Microsoft) and Cassandra Girard (Global Vice President at SAP Customer Experience) shared their insights on how the online retail ecosystem can fuel business growth and build brands for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This was followed by speeches from experts representing Adobe, EY, Facebook, Love Bonito, Rakuten, Shopee, and other companies that are shaping the retail market in Asia.
Asia’s Best eTailing Awards
The first day of the summit ended with Asia’s Best eTailing Awards Presentation Ceremony, during which Divante received the Excellence of Innovation for Retailing award as an acknowledgment of its for high-end solutions for online sellers. At the Asia eTailing Summit, the company also presented the latest features of the Open Loyalty solution and implementations of its Product Information Management systems.
