Ambitious implementation projects require skilled professionals from the IT sector. At Divante, interdisciplinary teams work on the implementation process, that by combining multiple complementary competencies enable to create dedicated platforms which are refined in every detail, ensuring comfort in the use of the platform to all users. From the beginning, the team consists of analysts and developers, who during a series of workshops acquire knowledge, based on which the functions of the platform will be modeled. Optionally, studies may be conducted at this stage. From the very beginning, the project is supervised by a project manager who will watch over the works until the end of the project. A key role in the project team is also the client, whose knowledge is essential, especially in the first stage of work conducted on the platform where strategic decisions are made affecting the potential of the product.
